When will I receive my order and how long does delivery take?Updated 2 months ago

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, location, and carrier transit times. Below is a general estimate of what to expect:

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days.
  • LTL Freight Shipping: Usually 3-7 business days, depending on distance and carrier availability.
  • Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, it will ship once it becomes available, and tracking will be provided at that time.
  • Custom-Built or Built-to-Order Items: These items will ship after completion, and lead times may vary based on production schedules.

Factors That May Affect Delivery Times:

  • Warehouse Location: We ship from multiple warehouses to minimize transit times.
  • Freight Scheduling:LTL deliveries may require an appointment, which can extend the timeline.
    • The carrier doesn't have a good contact number to set scheduled delivery.
    • The carrier reaches out for delivery and you do not answer.
    • There is no voicemail available if the call is missed.
  • Carrier Delays: Weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, human errors, or driver shortages can impact estimated delivery dates.
  • Shipping Destination: Rural or remote areas may take longer.
  • Weather & Carrier Delays: Unexpected delays due to weather or high shipping volumes.
  • Freight Orders: LTL shipments may require additional scheduling and handling.

Most freight deliveries take place without any incidents or issues!
