What items are returnable?

  • New and unused items within 60 days from the date of delivery
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • The customer covers the return shipping cost
  • The order will be subject to a 15% restock fee
  • The customer loses the initial shipping cost from the refund amount

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Made to Order items
  • Mounted/Installed/Assembled items

The item I received is damaged!

All freight items need to be inspected upon delivery of shipment. If there is damage, please have the driver notate the BOL accordingly or refuse delivery so we can process a freight damage claim or replacement order. If the purchased product is faulty or damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can have a replacement item shipped while arranging the return shipping on the damaged item. Any damaged item reported after 7 days, will not be replaceable due to the window of the damage claim closing with the freight carrier.

Note: Mill finish tanks are made for industrial use, focusing on durability and function rather than looks, often showing heavy scratches from their fabrication process. This does not warrant a return for damage.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you

  • The customer covers the return shipping cost
  • The customer pays for the shipping of the new items
  • The customer loses the initial shipping cost from the credit amount
  • The order will be subject to a 10% restock fee.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

An Elite Advisor will send you information regarding how to ship your items back depending on the situation.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval

Warranty:

After 60 days of the delivery date, please reach out to the MFG for all warranty issues. Their policies can be found on their website, or contact us for their warranty information and contact info.
