I returned my order, how long does the refund take?Updated a month ago

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. To help speed up the process, please email tracking numbers and drop-off receipts to returns@elitetruck.com as soon as your return is shipped.

Refund Process & Timeline:

1. Shipping Verification & Return Inspection: Once we confirm the return has been received, we inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
2. Refund Processing: If approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method.
3. Bank Processing Time (5-7 Business Days ): Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Most refunds are completed within 5-7 business days after processing.

How to Check Your Refund Status:

• Email Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
• Bank Statement: If the refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
