How can I exchange an item?Updated a month ago

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you

  • The customer covers the return shipping cost
  • The customer pays for the shipping of the new items
  • The customer loses the initial shipping cost from the credit amount
  • The order will be subject to a 10% restock fee.

Please note: Built-to-order and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items that have been mounted, installed, or assembled are not eligible for return.
